This is just something that I came across online that I found very interesting and and wanted to share with you all. Mrs. Fisher was the FIRST Black American woman to record her own recipes which include African American foods which is a bind blowing thing for my culture because always having someone who is the first at something is a plus. I hope that you all enjoy this piece that I found on Mrs. Fisher, it sure did give me a whole new apprication for African American type food and Soul Food :)
Until Next Time.
